NCDPAF is a proud member of The Ballet Alliance (TBA), a prestigious organization committed to upholding the highest standards in pre-professional ballet training and performance. As part of this national network, our affiliation ensures that dancers in the Paso Robles Dance Collective receive exceptional technical instruction rooted in artistic integrity.

Each year, TBA conducts an in-person adjudication process, where accredited adjudicators evaluate member companies to ensure that classical ballet standards are being properly taught and upheld. This feedback provides valuable insight for our faculty and students, supporting continual growth and excellence.

Senior Company members of PRDC, alongside Artistic Directors, attend the annual Ballet Alliance Festival each spring. This multi-day event includes master classes, workshops, and performances, where our dancers share the stage with select companies from across the country. It’s a rewarding opportunity for artistic development, scholarship exposure, national exposure, and lasting inspiration.
