Now in its 29th year, The Nutcracker presented by the North County Dance & Performing Arts Foundation brings Tchaikovsky’s beloved score to life with enchanting choreography, exquisite costumes, and a cast of talented local dancers. Held each December at the Spanos Theatre in San Luis Obispo, this magical production offers a cherished holiday experience for families across the Central Coast. From the sparkling Snow Scene to the Land of Sweets, The Nutcracker continues to inspire audiences of all ages with its story of wonder, bravery, and imagination.

EPIC is a heartfelt, community-centered production which showcases original choreography and dynamic performances by local artists and professional dancers. Proceeds from the EPIC production is donated to a supporting rotating cause close to our hearts. The upcoming 2026 production will raise funds for epilepsy research, uniting our dance community in support of families impacted by this condition. NCDPAF is a proud supporter of Paso Robles Dance Collective whom is a member of The Ballet Alliance. TBA is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in ballet training and performance. Membership in The Ballet Alliance provides PRDC dancers with valuable opportunities to perform, learn, and grow alongside other talented artists from across the country. Each season, selected dancers participate in the annual out of state Ballet Alliance Festival, where they attend master classes, workshops, and perform original works for adjudication.
